These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Zuur mobile application ("App") operated by Rocket Design ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of others without permission.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post content that is illegal, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or obscene.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its infrastructure.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the App without our permission.
• Spoof your GPS location to falsely appear at a court.
• Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the App.

4. User Content

• You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content within the App.
• We may remove any content that violates these Terms or our community standards.
• You are solely responsible for the content you post.

5. Location Features

The App uses your precise GPS location to detect court presence. You consent to this use when you grant location permissions. Deliberately spoofing your location to falsely appear at a court is a violation of these Terms.

6. Block & Report

You may block other users and report content that violates these Terms. Abuse of the block/report feature to harass other users is itself a violation of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. Court information (locations, hours, availability) is user-reported and may not be accurate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
